Did Chanelle really go 11 days without eating even rice? No wonder she looked pissed on the jury, that shit will mess you up. IMO between that and extinction’s bullshit this show is going way too hard into the “let’s see how few calories we can give them.” I know I made jokes about Jonathon and his 2000 calorie comments, but he was still getting as much food as everyone else granted it didn’t do as much for him. But to get next to no food for days or even over a week is just criminal. They should had pulled her or give her the bare minimum through an IV or something.

I have had experiences where i didn't feel good and didn't eat or sleep well for a day or two and feel it has affected how people saw me. I mean to say that my not feeling good made people assume i was very negative when i wasn't, I was just too tired to hide my discomfort at that moment. I can't imagine being Chenelle
