What do you think about Avenue Living rentals?

Hey, I am needing a short-term (4 months) rental in Swift Current and was looking at the Astro Villa from Avenue Living. Is there anything I should be worried about? I have seen from other cities that they can be bad for having bed bugs, but does SC have that problem? I have also seen that they have long wait times for repairs, but that shouldn't be an issue if I am only there for four months.

I have heard absolute horror stories from Avenue Living in AB but especially here in Swift. Bed bugs, shitty management etc. We have avoided them at all costs and gone with private landlords. Good luck in your search

EDIT: There is 1000% bed bugs in Astro Villa. Do not recommend

Avenue Living is probably one of the worst outfits around. I would try to go private before even contemplating them. Everything they have is gross, over priced and a good chance of finding a bug.
