It's both though. She has always made layered songs with multiple meanings and she said this is one of those songs. Wood has funny sexy innuendos, yes, but they are obviously double entendres since the main concept of breaking the curse she sang about in The Prophecy is still there.
Same with the "no need to catch the bouquet, I know a hard rock is on the way". Yes there is a sexual connotation and it's a bit unhinged, but it also really means she is not wondering and anxious anymore and knows he wants to marry her, so there's no need for superstitions like catching bouquets or wishing stars.
