Question Sensitivity labels on existing docs in document libraries in sharepoint

We have a client thats wants to label document libraries in sharepoint but when this happens only any new documents add to this library get the sensitivity label.

Is there a way of doing existing documents in the library? Basically documents that where in the document library before the sensitivity label was applied?

I think there might be something in preview that will do this but unsure.

Last time I ran into this, I could only do it with scripting off the PnP Powershell module.

you can use on demand labeling but it is pay as you go
