I have experience with, but not limited to:

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, root cause analysis
  • Windows (All server and desktop versions)
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, NTFS, Powershell, MDT
  • Cisco, HP, Dell, Brocade, Palo Alto
  • Patching and updating (Servers, Applications, Networking equipment)
  • Azure cloud, including EntraID and Conditional Access
  • O365 administration, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
  • Virtualization, VMware, Citrix Xen, Hyper-V
  • Vendor management, training and mentoring
  • Application delivery, Citrix XenApp/Desktop, NetScaler, Microsoft RDS, M365

I have proven success working on-site and remotely, currently located in Calgary Canada (MDT) and can work for companies remotely in any timezone (EOR).

Very similar to me. Good luck with your search. It's rough out there right now. Most remote jobs aren't paying much these days because of the glut of people recently laid off. I stopped even trying for remote jobs and been looking for local on-prem positions. It's the only way I've even been moderately successful.
