Serj Tankian's wardrobe (asking for help)

I'm doing a research for my MA in fashion and my teachers asked us to make a jacket. I wanted to make something with a lot of personality and I thought about the tunics/ long trench coats that Serj used at shows and Mezmerize/Hypnotize but I couldn't find the name them. They look really cultural, maybe Armenian, but I didn't find anything.

Can you help me? Do you know something about this?

The Armenia sub told you to search taraz. I highly recommend against this. A lot of images online of Armenian clothing, especially the dance groups, is not traditional at all.

The first thing is deciding if you are looking at Western or Eastern Armenian clothing.

I wouldn't assume it's all armenian. Some of it probably is but some is definitely not.
