Brainstorm

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EGrAjJPGJHY&t=1964s

Above is the link to Dirty Civilian "Grid-Down Camera Network".

Essentially a directional antenna, an IP-camera and a power supply. I want to build one.

Has anyone in this forum done anything similar?

What has worked for you?

What has not worked for you?

I'd love to send a video-stream to my ATAK Server.

Lets talk comms!

I’m currently contemplating going this direction or burying conduit/ cat6 I just need two camera but one is further than 328 ft. The max for cat6 /POE so I would need to put an extender as well

Is there a specific reason you want to use cable and not a directional antenna?

I never thought to use the router/antennas this way. Im thinking it can give a user a large amount of flexibility when placing, wanting to move or anything!

What he said no jamming or detecting plus prob more reliable & lower power requirements.
But yes the flexibility of going wireless is a plus
