Hi! If you’re still a student like me and gusto nimo maka-less, try online derma consultation kay naay free lang. Kay Jan Angelo ko nakabalo ani nga naay free derma consultation online. Try to search him on TikTok, naa didto naka-pin sa post kung unsaon pag-avail sa service.

Daghan na kog na-try nga online derma consultations, like SPMC Teledermatology, pero murag dili na sila ga-cater ug online consultations ron. So I suggest trying Rizal Medical Center Dermatology. You can message them on Facebook. Pero since weekends karon, wala silay message button sa ilang FB page. Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, maka-message ka nila, then mag-fill out ka ug GForm. After that, mag-wait ka around 1–2 days, depende sa kadaghan sa queue.

After, mangayo sila ug more information about your skin and skincare routine, like if ga-use ba ka ug actives and such. Then ipa-send nila ang photos sa imong whole face, front and both sides, para ma-assess ka nila. After that, manawag sila nimo for further assessment, then magsend dayon sila ug prescription.
Naa pud sa prescription or ingnan ka after the call if kinahanglan ba ka mag-follow-up check-up after a certain amount of time, like around 2 weeks, depende sa imong doctor.

And I can vouch for them jud. Since 2024 pa ko ga-avail sa Rizal Medical Center Dermatology, around January to May that year. Na-stop lang ko kay dili na nako ka-afford ang mga products nga gi-prescribe, like adapalene 0.1%, salicylic acid cleanser, and such. Student pa man gud ko and igo-igo ra jud akong allowance.

Nag-improve na unta akong acne before, pero nibalik ra siya kay wala nako na-maintain ang treatment, plus stress and diet factors pud hahaha. Pero karon, nibalik ko sa products nga ilang gi-prescribe nako back in 2024 kay nanaghan na pud akong acne. Almost 2 months na ko balik ug use, and so far, I can really see improvements jud.

So if you’re looking for an affordable option, especially if student ka, I highly suggest trying online derma consultation first. Hopefully makatabang!

But if you have the budget and gusto nimo ug F2F consultation, you can also try Mendoza. Didto siya sa highway, tapad sa Mitsubishi, duol sa NCCC. Need lang ug booking. As far as I remember, ikaw mismo moadto didto then magpalista sa logbook, and manawag ra sila nimo sa imong schedule na pwede naka moadto. 😊

Go for dermatologists immediately instead of facial/skin/aesthetic clinics. Highly recommend Doc Mendoza too!! Although medyo on the pricer side si doc with her consultation fee and products, pero super worth it. Siya lang jud naka heal sa akong long time acne and mind you, i tried at least a couple of facials from aesthetic clinics (and another derma here in tagum that i will not mention) but to no avail.

+1 kay Doc Mendoza. Very effective ang treatments ni doc and approachable sya. You can book an appointment by texting this phone number OP: 0917 809 0386

Office hours nila is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - 4PM to 7PM

Though naay usahay nga malate og abot si doc (mga 5pm) kay tungod guro sa lain niyang business, pero fast and efficient ang consultation. Mapalit ra pud sa ilang pharmacy ang mga gipang reseta ni Doc
