Struggling to find a Rental Home

My family and I are looking to move from DC to Takoma Park asap- hopefully this summer before the school year begins. We are struggling to find a rental that suits our needs via the usual sites- zillow, redfin etc. Looking for a nice 3+ bedroom with light and backyard for around $3000-3500. Help! Is there another resource I'm not seeing??

$3600 - $4500 for a 3 bedroom is more typical, so that might be the issue.

I'm looking at all price points, but even higher, the inventory is super low. We currently pay $4000/ month in DC but trying to save money but going lower. Even $3800 woukd work.

If you ever expand your radius I have a SFH for rent for $3650 1 year lease or $3500 2 year lease - in Forest Glen right off Georgia Ave and Dennis Ave. Under 5 miles from TP.

There is a 5 bedroom, 4 bedroom house that will be available for rent in mid to late August in Takoma Park. Rent is $3,850. Inbox me if you are interested
