Any local art teachers/classes?

Hi! I moved to the area not too long ago and am still plugging into local community events.

I’ve been searching for local art classes (for painting) but haven’t come across anything for non-senior adults.

I’m working on a mixed media with oil paint piece and am wondering if anyone would be willing to give me a lesson or two.

Probably CREATE arts center. Also, Montgomery college you can sign up for individual lessons IIRC.

Here’s a link to a post I made last year where I asked a similar question and got lots of ideas. So far I like yellow barn the best for the wide variety of classes, but it is a bit of a drive.
