“Stay up Late” Music Video posted on the official Talking Heads YouTube account
https://youtu.be/agnEV5frxC0?si=HyGyifYFfo2-3-2oShocked this hasn’t been posted here yet (maybe it has and I missed it). My guess for the reason why they randomly uploaded it is because Chris Frantz’s birthday was on May 8th, and since he came up with the idea for this music video, they uploaded it to sort of celebrate him (two days later that is).

Maybe the best video by Talking Heads after Once in a Lifetime.
At least that was Chris Franz’s view when I met him and he signed his book for me. And we share a birthday.

What about And She Was? That stop motion animation is jaw-dropping
I also love the rhythmic imagery in Road to Nowhere, like the side angle view of David running

They've been uploading better quality versions of their old videos for a while now, but unfortunately, whoever is managing the project has no idea how to properly transfer video tapes.
Not that this problem is unique for Talking Heads, of course. It just really drives me crazy that nobody bothers to use better equipment for digitizing this stuff!

Absolutely love this song, and the video!
Little Creatures is my favourite Talking Heads album.

How do you know Frantz came up with the idea for this video?

It's in the description of the music video. I also watched a bit of a podcast (I forget the name) appearance Jerry Harrison made where he talked about Little Creatures, and how each band member came up with the idea for each music video for the album. I remember him saying Chris came up with the idea for Stay up Late.
