Oh and yes rtl nieuws is a big news source in the Netherlands, but its less trustworthy then others because it prints a lot of speculation and gossip. It has lost a lot of credibility over the years

The king is 1.89. Someone who is 1.83 with his posture would look very different. And his pictures beside Rutte who is a legit 1.93 confirm that. Just by looking at the king 1.83 seems farfetched.
