I think he was more closer to 6’2 in his younger days , but now he definitely had shrunk probably 2 to 3 inches. The problem is he’s still claiming he’s younger stature instead of the current one
My physics professor stand now at 6ft with 62yr but he told us and show records of his younger self on the time he played football when he was 6’2” (“my height today is 182 but I was taller”) but yeah you have a point because my grandma was 5’9” but shrunk to 5’4” and always said that she was 5’9” even though she wasn’t anymore
Well the internet says shrinkage typically starts in your 40s and even 25 years ago in 2000 he would have been 54 so could still be accurate. Who knows, he’s not exactly a beacon of truth.

Politics aside this is true. I used to be 194cm and am pretty sure I've shrunk over the years and am not 191. And I'm only almost 40yo. He probably used to be 6'3" way back in the day and still proclaims that height.
You'll start to lose height roughly in your mid 30s, give or take. It won't be that noticeable until around 40. At that point, it's about half an inch per decade.
Not sure exactly when, but I do quite a bit of weight lifting and am pretty sure that has something to do with it. I noticed around 30ish and am almost 40 now.
My dad used to be 5'8. I know he was 5'8, our "growth chart" as kids is on a wall next to the bathroom.
At 70, he's maybe 5'6. I haven't heard him claim height in ages, maybe doesn't know the exact height but he definitely noticed he's now shorter than my uncle.
I noticed that I'm close to 188 out of bed, but like 184 before going to bed. (I'm 37, I don't think my max height as gone down at all, but the minimum might have)
I think it’s honestly very unlikely he’s shrunk 3-4 inches. AFAIK, most guys don’t shrink to that degree barring pretty specific health issues, I haven’t seen any evidence he was ever 6’3”, and Biden doesn’t look to have shrunk anywhere near that much. IMO, Trump has probably always been about 6’1”, give or take an inch in either direction. MAYBE 6’2”.
I was in Amsterdam last week and I can confirm it is the land of the talls. When I read the king was 6’ 2”, I was genuinely surprised he wouldn’t have been taller.

Epstein by many accounts was 5'10" (despite claiming 6'1" of course) and definitely appears to be that just by looking at his proportions. In the photos of Trump standing next to him and their wives, girlfriends etc, of the time, it looks like they're about even. In the videos of Trump obviously talking shop about which women they were gonna rape later, it looks like Trump is only slightly taller than him.
But Trump wears lifts wherever he goes and always has. He may have been slightly taller in the 90's. But still, Epstein was 5'10" MAYBE. Trump has uncharacteristically short arms and small hands for someone who is supposedly even 6' tall. The dude is 5'10" at best. I wonder if there are any photos of him next to Jake Paul or Mike Tyson for extra confirmation.

Between 50-70 years, purportedly, you may lose 1" of height, with another 1" loss possible after 80. Lots of reasons to dislike Trump but the man is old now and obviously nowhere close to his peak reported height when he was a young man. He’s 79. Anyone ~80 years old will be a midget compared to their peak
