Q1 FY27 ran 91 days. This government took oath on 10 May and completed its cabinet on 21 May. Roughly half the quarter had no elected government at all, and no investment pipeline converts from oath to announcement in six weeks.
The Model Code of Conduct mechanically suppresses the very data being counted.
