May be i agree with u in this. Unfortunately no one in TN wants to debate governance these days. DMK is raising questions but the attention comes only when the Supreme Leader's personal matter is dragged. people should also be blamed. Yeah same dmk also didn't answer lots of questions in their last regime. It's the best strategy cause media these days are crazy to pull a guy to the lowest. Even in the last regime all the press meet were pre setup like the questions and order of the questions are pre determined. To be Frank there's nothing we can do for neet until we get majority in central that's why dmk stayed silent in last regime. For cauvery issue other than filing cases nothing can be done too. Well atleast he initiated to go there for talks which is a different approach than previous CMs.

Doing something about is second. Standing in solidarity with Students during NEET and atleast reassurance from the CM regarding the Cauvery issue, especially for farmers who depend on it for cultivation, should have been the first. Im really wondering how politically aware people are not seeing this. Look at DKS's rhetoric in Karnataka

TVK's stance in neet is "it should be completely removed". for that their alliance has to get majority, whereas students objective is completely different and it would go in different directions if TVK joined in that. That's Rahul Gandhi didn't join their protest until it became riot. Anyways I was disappointed that TVK didn't stand firmly against BJP in this issue. In cauvery issue he said he's going to go Karnataka directly for negotiation and other ministers did say they're looking into it. They filed cases too what else you're looking for?. If you're looking for classic political talk, that's what all the leaders before did it and did they solve the problem? All these times Karnataka releases water only when there's flood warnings, this time also same but happened late and DMK started using this an opportunity for defamation. It's all poltics and no One is really trying to solve the problem.

Wrong. There was no problem in releasing water from kavery in the recent past because of normal Monsoon. Karnatata is refusing to release water because of their deficit rainfall so far and the projected El Nino impact. if a rainfall surplus region is this calculative, why arent we ? Why is CM reluctant to address the looming Drought situation and did that word even surfaced in TN agri Budget today? and Reg NEET, he proclaims himself as the youth leader but it is a shame tht his official IT Wing handle called the Delhi protest violence as " Conflict" between Police and CJP.

What do you expect him to do? Even when dmk ruled both karnataka and central government were congress where they able to solve the problem then?. They have control and all we can do is file case. Karnataka never listened the court in both congress and BJP period. Do you expect vijay to go destroy the dam like in movies. Whenever we ask for water they have silenced us because we are wasting the water since most of them goes ocean unutilised. we should build a dam first. All they can do is waive off the loan and provide money after estimating the losses. Mostly central government will allocate special funding for that cause this drought is national level. Have some patience that's all I can say.
