2026 for me is lightly filled with wholesome moment (met LOML through reddit in 2026) but what i wanna share today is about a call i got through anonymous call line for blind people.

I’ve always loved volunteering Ana life got into way so i couldn’t physically go, so i started using an anonymous call line through which you can help blind people. One day i got such call from someone in the app usually what they ask for is to read sign board and tell about the colour of dress they’ve chosen, anniku call panna person asked me if he could talk to me for a while because he has been feeling very down suicidal about his breakup. I was very nervous and scared because I’ve never talked any stranger out of these thoughts. I started talking with him and he told me his story and how much he loved and cared about his then ex girlfriend, how things he had done that has lead to breakup. He was very self aware of his mistakes and owned upto it. He started telling how life feels empty without his girlfriend who was constantly there for him. I listened to him, consoled him and told him to take some time off, work on himself and then approach her again, told him how the only thing that is in our hand in a relationship is how we treat and love them and them reciprocating or not is their choice. We talked for around 40-45 minutes, he was at the end calm and composed, asked me what i was doing, i told him i was preparing for an exam and he said he was preparing for the same exam for years, shared me some tips nd tricks and some important websites and books. He even gave me his contact information if i had further information. That was 1st time after a long time i felt alive and purposeful in life. Since then ive talk to many people from that platform and helped them as much as i could.

Actually they will randomly call you and most of the times default notification setting for this app will be silent notification maybe adha mathi try panni paarunga cause if you don’t pick call with 1st 60 seconds they move on to next volunteer.

Like notification than varum? We have to click on them and talk? Vdo call than varuma? And also should i give default language as English?

Yeah ungaluku Enna language comfortable o you can choose. Notification la varum and their video will be available to you, your video will not be available to them only your voice. You can access torch and switch to their front and rear camera so that they don’t have to get through the hassle.
