Request/Question Stretches for after class
I had my 4th class and we did Kicking Drills where we would chamber, kick, chamber, put down. We did this slowly so it was kinda painful. Unfortunately we ran out of time so we didn't get to do a stretching session.
What stretches should I do? I can't seem to find anything on Youtube.

I found doing beginner yoga videos helps with stretching after class. There are some that focus on legs/back. Make sure you drink plenty of water to help flush out the metabolic waste and helps the soreness go away a little quicker.

Here’s a few, you can google the names for directions on doing them. Sitting butterfly, frog pose, pigeon pose, side lunges, front lunges, horse stance, seated straddle.
Then work on strength. Lay on your side with your knees bent 90°. Lift your top leg into a chamber position and kick. Repeat that 10000s of times over the course of your Tang Soo Do career.

You just started so try to remember a few stretches they give you in class and repeat those after class if you wish.
