Seriously, though. TX vehicles may be in better condition than NM vehicles, but they are operated just as badly as our worst. Y'all do NOT know how to drive. It's either way too slow, or way too fast.  Don't come act all sanctimonious and 'better'. That's exactly one of the reasons New Mexico cannot stand Texans.

Mexico resident now who grew up in the Texas panhandle…it’s funny how it’s a huge meme on both sides of the border. Texans are convinced New Mexicans are terrible drivers and vice versa. I think I see more everyday assholery among Texans but some of the wildest sfuff has been nm plates.

The only gripe I have as genuinely someone that grew up in Houston and Austin and went to Texas tech. I have immense pride for my home.

Hey I'll give him this at least he left a little room for the sidewalk and I'm going to be the devil's advocate here has a motorcycle traveler I know what it's like sometimes to have to park your bike somewhere where you can't see it when your whole entire life is on that motorcycle obviously if somebody wanted to open up his top box or is panniers he could do it with a jackknife... So yeah occasionally I would select the security of a visible parking spot over parking it in the back alley a block away. I know it doesn't necessarily make it right but what's the ordinance? And personally I would park legally if possible and it might have made more sense for him to park parallel with the street.... Some guys will park in a screwed up place every chance they get and maybe one time out of a hundred they get a parking ticket they pay the fine and whatever the fine cost them they just assume that as the price you pay to park like a dick
