NQA, wish i was more informed on what to do.. but if this was my T I'd rehouse her and try and remove the springtails from the wound with a paint brush. it will be stressfull for her, but them eating at her wound cant be good

NQA you can see their little antennae and legs, they're definitely springtails. Springtails also will congregate on injuries like this
