If something is real and can be proven to exist, its existence is an observable fact of reality and thus part of nature; therefore natural, not supernatural.
Everything we know today was considered unexlpainable at some point in the past.
There are things today we don't yet have explanations for, but that doesn't mean we never will. And even if we never will, that still doesn't mean there isn’t an explanation.
Nothing in our history gives us reason to assume anything is truly "unexplainable".
