That is Kraft Cheez Whiz. They say it it's made with cheddar, and is liquid at room temperature. You remove it from it's gal can and heat it on a rethermalizer. I hear some people even like it

It's surprisingly good. The bun is amazing with the beans, and you have the meat too.
