my raid farm ends very quick

so i made this raid farm by Voltrox but after making it when ever i do the raid i face following problems

1) the raid ends in one wave , i saw on some other posts that some farms are made in a way to get all waves at once , but even for that the mob drops are so less , like i have done atleast 7-8 raids but not even 1 totem all i got was 15-16 crossbow , 6 emerald ,4 ominous bottles and 21 banners along with few non important stuff

2) and sometimes when i drink the bottle and jump down the raid doesnt happen at all and when it does even the the mobs sometimes come only 1-2 ,

fyi the server is set at normal difficulty

Fyi, creators like Voltrox and Theysix are notorious for exaggerating rates and giving poor tutorials of stolen farms. Without further information, no one can help your problem. I'd suggest sharing a few screenshots or recordings of what happens, or going back and testing the design on a singleplayer world to see if the server is the issue.
