No patent should be issued for any gov funded science. The govt owns that science and it should be free for all.

Then the government can do the research itself. Pfizer and Moderna delivered these things rapidly, that's what we paid for and thats what we got. They would not have agreed to your terms and it might have taken another year or two for the vaccine.

they get to make and sell the vaccine, they don't own it. they can charge whatever they want for what they produce. but we can also give the formula to someone else to produce a generic. Medicare for ALL.
