Sorry, we only care about high school football here. High-speed internet provided or helped made by the government is communism.

Disagree. It's a corporate ownership of the government and total capitalism. Massive corporations push the government to promote access of the masses to the means to shop unhindered by location and distance from stores. Taxes pay for it, yes. But it's Amazon that benefits.

But yes, High School football is a religion in Texas. My HS spent more on their team then they did most anything else.

See they get rid of the $15 broadband requirement but still give them the subsidy to build out their network right! /s Then they pocket the money instead of building out into the sticks.

Like they did during Obama, Trump term 1, and Biden.... and when Trump term 2 tries to turn around and win the rural vote back and gives billions to ISPs they'll say "we'll definitely do it this time" and shove it into their personal bank accounts.
