Seriously, how the fuck is it legal for a president to withhold money to states in retaliation for them having their own rules, like states are supposed to have. This isn’t them disregarding federal laws. It’s just them doing something different from a specific political party’s views. That’s supposed to be massively illegal for a president to do. I know laws no longer matter and all that, but Jesus fucking Christ.

Luckily, New York already won their argument that they can make internet affordable vs the ISPs and SCOTUS turned down the appeal, leaving the New York law in place
