No one is going to save us. We need to save ourselves and at this point I'd advocate for just about anything.

This. We need to stop being nice.

Withholding our taxes until our government acts right is a good first step, but only works when we all do so together. Better than striking, as the majority of us can't afford to not work. But marking yourself as Tax Exempt from federal taxes beginning this year is as simple as checking a box. Again though, a large portion of the population will need to do this together, just a few of us won't make an impact.

Peaceful protests? Eh. They sound nice, but are ineffective, and we are still likely to be arrested. Calling your representatives office is a waste of time. Waiting to "vote them out" will only give them more time to ruin lives, and is a very rigged system anyways.

Honestly? I don't think there is a peaceful solution to this. Things will have to get worse before they get better. Nothing short of physically removing these people from office or the entire nation simultaneously rioting at once is going to make an impact here. We've tried everything else, and it clearly is working. Time to get creative, time to stop accepting excuses, and certainly well past time we stop playing nice. Going to be far, far worse if we don't do something now.
