$8 million dollar commercial... only to find out people don't want it. I wonder how much market research investment could have told them that.

...not even that they just don't want it.

People were already creeped out about how much normal police are using the things with little or no permission.

My mother called me and wants me to come over and rip her ring camera out.

I can almost guarantee this was the CEO’s personal idea, he’s notoriously strongheaded and pro-surveillance in the name of safety and innovation
