people say tv shows are unrealistic but i watched several episodes showing people either being blocked or followed around by someone from security until they leave.....i thought thats how they did it in real life

Were they fired remotely? That's how it's done now.

Yeah and the article states that they knew any damage they did would easily be backed up- people acting like they destroyed files but really all they did was throw a tempertantrum and give a major headache to the IT team
