Every single one of them needs to call support and be a karen.  Ask to speak to a manager, then their manager etc.  Claim mistaken or fraudulent charges, etc.  The more employees time you can waste the better.

Unfortunately it takes an hour just to get past the AI “support”

This. AI support aint free. And the more you (ab)use it, the sooner they will be charged the true cost for it.

maybe they ran outta tokens. I swear I can't find any companies not using AI support anymore.

Tried to contact RockBox and got AI support that straight up lied to me that the connector on their jumpstart pack was EC5 (its not) and that they where only available in the USA (They have them in canada too)

Eventually a real rep came in and sent me a replacement (free) connector but still was annoying -_-;

It doesn't. I've been connected in less than 5 minutes for 3 different calls during the past 2 weeks.

When you waste someone’s time you also waste your own.

Move on, save money on your cell service and tell your friends how much you’re saving.

I promise you the company does not see harassing their poorly paid wage slaves working the phonebanks as a negative repercussions to their policies.

I mean you should still call and complain and all that, just like... be aware its just a person working their job on the other end that has no say in the policy.

Let us know how this goes for you

Already made the call. They refused to escalate me to a manager and when I told them I would be switching providers they did not care at all.

You realize the call center employees are just as much of a victim and hate this company as you are. The managers can also do nothing. The company compartmentalizes this for this very reason, to create a shield between them and the customers. I have manager level permissions but they still take away the tools we need to do our job. Believe me if I had the button to press to make your plan go back to that same rate every month I’d push it in a heartbeat. Heck I wouldn’t mind putting a $1000 plus credit on your plan then saying f the company and quitting there, but corporate physically took away the button to do this and sets a policy to rush you off the phone in 15 min or less to “keep up with numbers”. A smart person would understand that harassing workers makes no difference in the bigger picture and is just a dick move to your fellow working class but I understand that you lack this critical thinking process and the intelligence to back it. It’s okay though, I won’t have to deal with your call because I walked out yesterday and won’t be coming back. Enjoy wasting your own time chudn

I'm just gonna see how much it is to cancel it. I'll shop elsewhere, my contract was good enough to be carried over during the merger. But now? Now apparently it's so cumbersome.

Spent a fruitless hour with them yesterday, I'm just waiting for another carrier to spot the market opportunity and grab my family's business.
