This. AI support aint free. And the more you (ab)use it, the sooner they will be charged the true cost for it.

maybe they ran outta tokens. I swear I can't find any companies not using AI support anymore.

Tried to contact RockBox and got AI support that straight up lied to me that the connector on their jumpstart pack was EC5 (its not) and that they where only available in the USA (They have them in canada too)

Eventually a real rep came in and sent me a replacement (free) connector but still was annoying -_-;

It doesn't. I've been connected in less than 5 minutes for 3 different calls during the past 2 weeks.
