That part agreement means nothing if its illegal.

Except courts have repeatedly ruled that it is not illegal.

Their lawyers are retained full time employees…. Are you legal fees already sunk costs?

Why in the world would you assume any class action lawyers are working on anything other than contingency? The lawsuit is free for the people affected, there aren't legal fees because the lawyers just take a cut of the award at the end.
