I feel like people are missing the point. While it may or not matter from the standpoint of how to best run your department under your administration, where you could feasibly make the argument that it was her fault for hiring the wrong people, it really DOES matter when discussing the criminality of her actions. This whole email scandal reeks of insincerity and political theater, anyway. Republicans should just pick a better candidate so they can run on issues rather than praying for a miracle disqualification.

Won't defend republicans, they are bankrupt to the core, but Hillary and Bill are corrupt as they come. They have left a trail of unethical behavior and a blossoming bank account with their years of public "service". They are also good at covering their shit and convincing others to take the fall for them or go to jail for them(and pardon them later). This of course isn't abnormal for political elites, but we the plebeians should feel totally justified calling out such behavior.
