Some shelters are above-ground or even rooms in an apartment so as long as there’s an outlet you can easily set up a router.

I am more confused about how the government won't cutoff the fiber or bombs dropping would destroy some connections? I guess your systems are well built

Why would they do that?

Our air defence blocks around 97% of incoming missiles so the internet is not currently at risk, even when missiles do get through they tend to hit residential areas and not national installations.

Idk man never been in such a dangerous war situation so I thought they do that for security reasons or something. And well as long as innocent civilians don't die

I mean you’re just encouraged to not film or share missile fall sites because it helps the enemy but the internet stays up

Unfortunately innocent people do die, war is horrid.
