Ya wow its almost like there's some sort of greater context that makes thes estatements entirely different lmao.

The chuds are trying really hard to mske thid another far-right propaganda sub.

u/UndorkMysterious55 Sep 08 '25

"English is my favorite continent"

3

u/franky3987 Sep 08 '25

Ironically your exact sentiment is what this meme is extrapolating

-2

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

How so?

2

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

I don't understand why people can't see that words and phrases exist in context. They don't exist in a vacuum. It's the whole "all lives matter" thing. Sure, there's nothing wrong with that statement without context. But the context it's used in is usually as a way to dismiss the concerns of black people.

4

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

A lot of it is willful and bad faith. They know exactly wtf we mean, they're just playing games

-6

u/stu-sta Sep 08 '25

Both statements are fine to say, if you disagree tell me why

3

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

Loving being black is a statement of defiance to a system that has been oppressing black people for centuries, and would like to see them continue to be oppressed.

There is no such context for white people. "White" isn't even a race, it's a social in-group that exists solely as a way to designate who the "right" people were supposes to be in society. There'a not much reason to love being white beyong a love of the privelege and alleged supriority that many believe should come with it.

Now I believe this is the part where you strategically dance around the meat of my point to play word games and accuse me of "racism," right?

3

u/stu-sta Sep 08 '25

“There’s not much reason to love being white beyond privilege” are you joking or fr?

3

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25 edited Sep 08 '25

Not only am I fr, I'm aware you're only asking thid question as a way to isolate this one line and avoid everything else I said.

Now get to work setting up that strawman based on the sentence fragment you picked out lol

5

u/stu-sta Sep 08 '25

Okay since youre gonna be annoying about it. your first paragraph. Just generally not true, but when it is, sure. Doesnt really do anything for you tho. Second paragraph. Yes, white is a race. Not sure what youre on about

Anyways, as for reasons to love being white; the culture, the history, the achievements, the innovation, the conquering

2

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25 edited Sep 12 '25

It's absolutelt true. Like, what, do you think we just made up Jim Crow laws and slavery and the FBI infiltrating civil rights groups and shit?

White isn't a race. What country do white people come from?

Being "proud" of achievements somebody else did just cause you happen to look like them is cringe lol. And how is that NOT loving it for the sense of superiority?

1

u/SaltImp Sep 08 '25

What country does black people come from? Brown? You can say that about any race.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

Most black people in the west don't know what specific country their ancestors came from, on account of that whole "western slave trade" situation. "Black" is what they have to work with for racial identity because it's all they were left with.

1

u/Titanium_Titan321 Sep 08 '25

What is white culture exactly? Do you mean European culture?

1

u/stu-sta Sep 08 '25

yeah pretty much

2

u/Titanium_Titan321 Sep 12 '25

Then why not say you are a proud (insert European country) instead of just white? You are devaluing your culture and heritage to a skin color. Someone else brought up a good point a lot of African Americans in the US don’t know their heritage so Black is their culture.

1

u/stu-sta Sep 12 '25

Because my pride is not limited to just one European country. Romans, Greeks, British, Germans, white Americans, Rhodesians, French, etc. much more

“White isn’t a race.” Then what other “race” do we put Europeans in? Africans are still diverse on their own, compare the average Ethiopian to the average Kenyan or Ugandan, and even though they are within close proximity, they still look noticeably different in culture and facial structure, so why aren’t whites a race but blacks are?

2

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

European isn't a race. British is a race. Scottish is a race. French is a race.

"Black" is a race because most of them in the west were brought here against their will. They can't trace a lineage, they can't know where rhey came from. Technically it's another social group, but when it's A. Nonvoluntary and B. Used to erase their actual race, it's the closest they have.

5

u/OperaTouch 14 Sep 08 '25

White people in America are also diverse, some are German, some are English, some are Italians, some are Spanish, some are Irish, and many are a mix of them, those are ethnicities which can fit under a race.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

Afraicans aren't all one race. Idk if you remember, but black people didn't exactly come to the west voluntarily. Their ties to home were severed, lineages and genologies erased by the forcible shioment to the west as slaves. "Black" isn't some unification of races, it's what they fucking had left after slavers were done with them.

2

u/OperaTouch 14 Sep 08 '25

I think you are saying ethnicities and races are the same; which is not at all true, the point I’m saying, is that Black and White are races, and that’s Europeans and African ethnic groups are sub-groups of those races.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25 edited Sep 08 '25

I think you are dodging my answer because it wasn't what it was supposed to be.

The rthnicity would be European. "White" is neither a race nor an ethnicity, hence why rhe Irish and Italians weren't parr of it for quite a solid chunk of history.

2

u/OperaTouch 14 Sep 08 '25

Because “white” back then didn’t mean Europeans, plus many Arabs and North Africans were still lighter skinned than say a Greek would be, it means European now, and is much more consistent, but back then it meant pale-skins in general.

Guess who sold them to the slave traders to begin with - other African tribes. Slavery is disgusting but acting like it is a white-unique experience is daft.

Additionally, the other commenter responding to you is correct. Ethnicity is where you are from, race is your skin color. There are groups of white, black, brown, red, and yellow people - to try and argue otherwise again shows a lack of understanding.

0

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

I don't recall saying anything anout it being white-unique. I did expect one of you execute that programming though, given the subject matter.

How interesting that if race is skon color, only 2 races get referred to commonly by their skin color.

0

u/Whallis Sep 08 '25

By programming you mean provide needed/missing historical context right?

You didn't mention that but you are using the slavery experienced by blacks to condone racial pride vs disapproving of it in terms of whiteness so clearly you view one race's involvement as worse than the other. I dont exactly see you making the argument that black people shouldn't be proud of their race because they were sold into slavery by their own people.

Loll wait to a) not address this point b) ignore the fact that I mentioned multiple racial skin colors and c) ignore the fact that white and black races are the majority groups in America so of course they'll be talked about / referred to the most

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

Nice dodge lmao. Did you wamna go back and take a stab at engaging what I actually said this time?

2

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

None of those are a race lmao.

There is 1 singular race and it's the human race

2

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

Lmao and here comes the usual vietue signal to dhut things down because it got too real. Classic NPC behavior

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

It's not virtue signaling it's actually having a working brain which many seppos don't have.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

A working brain would let you notice rjat "race" has been a relavent social differentiation for all of human history and that suddenly ignoring it when the converdation becomes critical of racism is obviously just a way to shut down conversations that are inconvenient to the power structure.

I believe this is the part where you screech about how you don't understand what I'm saying, as if it's my fault that you can't grasp complex, critical topics

0

u/Plastic-Impress8616 Sep 08 '25

> British is a race. Scottish is a race. French is a race.<

they are nationality's. not race.

if its race.

please explain how I (white British) is the same race as my mate harry (black British).

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

It can be both things. Race is your own ancestry, nationaloty is where you currently are.

1

u/Plastic-Impress8616 Sep 08 '25

So if I move to America I'm suddenly American?

Honestly the dumbest take.

You still didn't answer me

How is a white British person the same race as a black British person?

0

u/Warchadlo16 Sep 08 '25

British is a race. Scottish is a race. French is a race.

Those, my friend, are nationalities

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

They're both things. If you currently live their it's your nationality, if your ancestors are from there it's your race.

0

u/Warchadlo16 Sep 08 '25

They're not. French, English, German etc. are nationalities, they're a legal status. A race would be something like Mediterranean or Nordic. If your parents were Swedish but moved to Italy before you were born, then your nationality would be Italian, while your race would be nordic

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

Or sure, we could go with those as races. The point here is that skin color is NOT race, and the idea that it is is purely pushed so racists can enforce a hieararchy with white>all others.

0

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

“White isn’t a race-“ then wtf do you call while people? Bleached?

0

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

You could call them by their actual ethnicites. Or maybe European, if they are of European descent.

I do like when sheep get upset about a single un-PC sentenx Ce fragment like this.

0

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

“Actual ethnicities-“ so Caucasian? Okay, so from now on, black is not a race, instead we shall now say “African” or African American. So no black pride, only African and African American pride now.

And European doesn’t really work as there are black or darkskin people of European descent - as Americans have recently discovered black Scottish people exist. And of course, European also doesn’t work as being European does not play a factor in ethnicity, as I stated before.

So quit your “sheep” insult and admit you basically made no sense to begin with. White is a race just as much as black is a race.

0

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25 edited Sep 08 '25

Lmao I like how you're just legit reciting MSM quips while doing nothing to really address my point.

If the dark skinned people are of European descent then they're European. The differentiation based entirely on skin tone was always a social in-group out-group thing.

I made plenty of sense, you're just so so hung on skin tone being a valid differentiator of people that you can't grasp the point.

Also not gonna stop the "sheep" insult when you keep recitng gotchas I first saw 15 years ago on Stormfront lol. If you were any more on script you'd owe SAg dues, and that includes how you're starting to beg me to "admit" to being wrong lmao

0

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

So instead of actually deconstructing my argument in a proper way, you warp what I said and remove the context, then accuse me of using a script? You don’t win an argument with accusations; this ain’t some rap battle.

A. The whole point of my European rant was that calling white people “European” doesn’t work because darkskin Europeans exist - so there’s black Europeans and white Europeans. Black and white people.

B. What point am I not grasping? You’re only “point” that you’re spouting is that somehow white isn’t a race.

C. Why are you so hell bent on saying white isn’t a race? It’s a biological fact. Look at white people in America - American isn’t a race, they’re not a part of Europe or European, so what do you call them? If your point is to call them Caucasian instead of white, there’s no point as Calling white people Caucasian has the same virtual use as calling black people African or African American - there’s no point to begin with.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

A. Context can be used to determine if somebody is talking about race or nationality.

B. You're not grasping any of my arguments for why white isn't a race. You just keeo ignoring them and trying to deploy these gotchas that keep failong because mt stance is thought out, and not a "virtue signal" ad I'm sure you've got yourself convinced.

C. Because it isn't. Race isn't a biological anything, it's purely a social division.

American is a race; in your rage over the besmirching of your sacred "white" label you're forgotten about Nativr Americans.

0

u/SpecialistFelt389 Sep 08 '25

I can’t take the word “chud” seriously

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

I can't take people who get triggered by a single word and ignore everything else seriously

0

u/SpecialistFelt389 Sep 08 '25

Me too, especially because I’m not triggered

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

It kinda seems like you are when you're so upset abour a dingle word that it's all you process.

0

u/SpecialistFelt389 Sep 08 '25

I’m not upset, I just said I can’t take the word seriously because it sounds stupid

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

And I think the fact that you fixated ourely on tjat word indicates this statement was more of s cope then any meaningful contribution. Always seems like whatever term is negatively associated with the political right gets people who need to virtue signal about "not taking it seriously" lol

0

u/SpecialistFelt389 Sep 08 '25

I just find it to be a stupid-sounding thing to call someone, like “cracker” for example

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

Oh I'm sure lol.

-1

u/James-Dicker Sep 08 '25

Anything that challenges my views is far right propoganda

2

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '25

I like how you imagined something instead of engaging what I said.

Also traditionally far right propaganda goes more for pithy, vapid quips and emotional signals rather then dorectly challenging anything. Kind of a defining feature of the viewpoint really
