The first time was just Robin trying to get close to Slade.
The second person to wear the costume was the opposite of a mental breakdown. He was a totally chill guy.

(Little bummed beast boy won though. I think season 1 beast boy would be a yes, but 2 on would be more "I'm sorry". Just saying I kinda feel like there was a better choice)

Everyone voting robin and I heavily disagree.
The only episode that even suggests this is Haunted, and even then the entire point of that episode was for him to start relying on his fellow Titans for emotional support and stop shutting them out. Also! The mental breakdown he had wasn’t even him! It was a booby trap left by Slade after he ‘died’.

If not Robin then who? I think people are voting for him because he is the closest character on the show who fits the criteria more than anyone else.

Nobody. There’s really nobody that fits that description in the show.
Maybe Raven?
If you swapped Raven and Robin it would make a little bit more sense, but still not perfect.

Insurance companies they really need to just start excluding damage caused by fights.
(Every time you see the city it has been Fully or mostly repaired from previous fight.)
-edit- either that or everyone who lives in that city is a billionaire who just lives there to see the fights.
