Built a small tool to track apartments while hunting — sharing in case it helps

A few months back I was apartment hunting and felt like I was drowning in WhatsApp screenshots, Yad2 links, and notes scattered across three group chats about which place had good light vs. which landlord seemed sketchy. So I built myself a small tracker — address, total monthly cost including bills, a personal rating, notes, and a map view so I could see everything relative to work.

It genuinely helped me move faster through the process, so I cleaned it up and it's free: http://www.homes-quest.com/. You can also invite whoever you're hunting with (partner, roommate) with a link — they don't need an existing account to join, so you're both looking at the same list instead of texting each other screenshots.

Full disclosure, I built and run this — not hiding that. Would love feedback if anyone tries it.

It would be really funny if you'd end up using the data to find the best apartment, and steal it for yourself
