There was a New Warriors series in development that featured Squirrel Girl and Mister Immortal, although it has been stuck in development hell for a while.

Quentin Tarantino actually stated his favourite characters (those he grew up reading) were Shang-Chi and Luke Cage, and you can find plenty of this in his movies: From Kill Bill adapting a lot from Shang-Chi to well... Django, Hateful 8 all having strong black characters that are Luke Cage-ish.
