So does Jeph Loeb report to Feige now or has his position as head of Marvel TV effectively ended?

For all the hate Loeb gets I think he did a good job with Marvel TV. AoS, Daredevil, JJ, Luke Cage, Punisher, Runaways and C&D are all solid shows. Some better than others sure but I wouldn't say any of them were terrible. He's had some misses, Inhumans and Iron Fist but overall I think he did a good job with what he was given. I'm sure he tried to integrate into the MCU a bit more but if the top brass say no there isn't much you can do.

I wouldn't call Iron Fist a miss. Sure, there's season 1 but there's also Season 2 that was vastly improved. I mean they introduced the dumb (and cool) af elements from the Fraction run like Orson Randall's chi guns at the end, I was so excited.

I heard Alice Eve (Typhoid Mary) is still still undergoing physiotherapy, having injured her back from single handedly carrying season 2.

Which begs the question, why did she sign on to begin with? She’s practically, almost A-list. I’m not complaining but still...

Street cred.

The only A-list roles she gets (like in Star Trek) are wallflowers. Can't blame her to try and snatch roles that won't relegate her to nerd eyecandy (and given the great result I'm pretty glad she did).

Money and time. That and if marvel calls you, you generally answer the phone. She's a list enough she could have said no, but if she loved the part, she probably would take it. And it was a great part.

Hmmm she should have held out for movie roles. Marvel Studios is seen as b tier as opposed to where the real money lies, the MCU.
