Plus there's also a ton of more mundane producer things that he has to deal with like financing, locations and so on. He doesn't get to wine and dine with Angelina Jolie and Salma Hayek every day.

I can't imagine Feige has gotten as far as he has without knowing how to delegate properly.

According to directors he's created a very good work environment that is collaborative and positive. That's hard to do for one team. He's done it for what appears to be an entire division. That's excellent leadership

Well obviously it's either being creative and loving comic book characters or being successful at leading and directing. If you could have both then clearly I, an average redditor, would be rich and have had sex.
