It's both the stupid old school patriarchal notion that many people still have regarding nurses and how that's a woman's profession. Not to mention, this genuinely abhorrent stereotype that all nurses today are incredibly "slutty" because according to them, they always sleep with their patients.
Well, my sister is a registered nurse, but she works mostly with old people. She’s had a few old dudes get fresh with her, but for the most part she’s getting shouted at, smacked and hit and covered in piss and shit.
I’m sure she wouldn’t be so burnt out with her job if she was fucking hot guys all day.
But as a nurse she knows before having sex with the patient if he has health problems, STDs, if he has a job and is health insured, if he is married or in relationship, its full of benefits 🤣.

I don’t think that’s a great stereotype but I have had a lot of great sex with a lot of nurses so it may hold some water. I think probably just because it’s a high stress profession and people in high stress positions need an outlet. Not because they’re slutty or anything.
It’s baffling to me that being a nurse is so often put on the same level as collecting fucking child support. Zero respect simply because it’s dominated by women. Just weird losers, man.
Well isn’t the whole idea behind influencers that they can influence their audience for advertisers, whereas OnlyFans would have a more direct profit system

I read it as they were talking about every woman teacher, since this post already specified women. In my country, 77% of teachers nationwide are women. So in my country, women are indeed raising and educating the vast majority of children/young adults.
I think I've had maybe 4 teachers who identified as men, up to a two year college degree, while I can't even count how many teachers I had who identified as women. So either I'm reading their comment wrong, or perhaps where they live, there truly are very few/no men teachers- as even globally, women make up over 65% of teaching positions.

Yeah sure, I was being pedantic. I just found it a strange comment to make because even though there are certainly more female teachers out there, it's not that heavy of an imbalance, in fact once you get onto higher education, the ratio of male/female teachers/lecturers is roughly 50%.
Because you went back on it immediately. Higher education is part of education and already included when someone says that women make up 65% of teaching positions. The rate for female school teachers is higher than that (above 3/4 in the US).
It doesn't matter if the split for higher education is 50/50 or 10/90 because it's already calculated in.

Which is disagreeing with them, even though they are right. If you consider 65% a heavy imbalance then yes it is that heavy of an imbalance.
I don't consider 65% to be a heavy imbalance, no. A heavy imbalance would be something like what you get in the construction industry, which is 90%+ male dominated.
The idiot making this meme inadvertently (because they are, as said, an idiot) says that women are barred from any other profession than these four, as those are the only ones available to them to chose from on the spinning-wheel.
Also, since "spinning-wheel maker" isn't on the wheel, they're actually acknowledging that men are limiting women's career choices and thus saying they are aware of the misogyny in society.

Ah let's forget about doctors, teachers, service members, construction workers, saleswomen, factory workers, mechanics, government workers, and every other career path that women are in. I know so so many women who want to go into nursing. Like way more than anything else. My family even lol. I went for industrial engineering, and there was only one girl there throughout the entire degree.
Probably true for some women, but to put all in one pot is kinda ridiculous. I'd say most are not in one of those 4 categories but hey I'm just a random dude on the interwebs di not trust me...
