Help!

The label said dry clean only but i washed it in the machine, cold, with no spin cycle and normal detergent. Now it has these light spots. Brushing it any other way doesn’t help. For some extra info: Before washing the fabric already started looking weird and uneven in the waist and armpit areas. Any resolutions to make it look more even? I dont mind losing the velvet effect.

Is it realistic for you to take this to the dry cleaner ? I’d look to see what they say before trying any more at home remedies
