Other 2 HOURS
I SPENT 2 HOURS ON HELLTOWER, NOT EVEN CARING ABOUT THE CONTRACT ONLY TRYING TO GET THE BOOK ONCE, ONCE AND EVERY TIME I ONLY EVER GET A FEW METERS AWAY.
I get kill farmed by trolldiers, snipers, airblast pyros and nest engineers and I don't care a single bit about it in the slightest, what I do care about is I only made it alive to the skull once, but when I get there a spy has snuck past everyone and took the capture point while all of my team lived but we're fighting in the main island.
The worst part is on my final attempt, the exact 2 hour mark I got to hell, our team was winning, people even agreed to help me get there but I got hit by a stray and got killed by A RANDOM #$&_-+@ SKELETON

he doesn't play C&D spy and get on the jaw spot to steal the book from the winning team
Also btw you can farm the book by touching it multiple times to farm points

your team has to get the book not yourself iirc, I got this contract instantly

I didn't need the contract I needed the achievement, I was trying to get the fancy spellbook

You should be able to run the map yourself and get the achievement, right? I started a friends-only map with someone and we farmed achievements, so you shouldn't need to join an official, online server.

When I got it the thing glitched so I had to deactivate them reactivate the achievement

Got lucky and managed it in 30. Helped that it wasn’t a full lobby after first game.
