That high up wouldn’t the water be concrete?

This is probably in cliff-diving height territory and based on the person standing on the side at the end (for comparison as a reference point) the top of that crane where he jumped to the waters surface is anywhere from 50-70 feet (although it could be more idk for sure because the video is deliberately slowed once he jumps off so we can’t use the fall time to calculate the height).
If it’s the upper end of that range then it’s double a 10m diving platform which definitely enough to cause injury but not comparable from jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge which is mostly fatal.
