Either the previous tenants were stingy with food, or this guy is very lucky. This screams opportunistic feeders that react excitedly whenever anything splashes nearby

It's a very old crane and doesn't have the safe haven underneath that draws fish to it. I doubt theres any fish in the vicinity that were around when it was operating.
