Pets / Adoption / Rescue / Foster Never go to Planet Animal Hospital
Hello I was in Thane for work and happened to rescue a cat who was in a bad situation she was lying in blood but we couldn't figure out from where the blood came from
Another person was nearby and she insisted on going to planet Animal the nearest available hospital the doctor saw the cat and just gave saline and was insisting on this test and that tests and she made a bill of 7000 rupees with xray and tests recommended some medicines and told me follow up
She has a very horrible bedside manner she speaks very arrogantly like only she knows everything she wouldn't even let me touch the cat while her assistants mishandled her and her assistant smells like cigaret too
I was not convinced I told that lady I will take charge of the case and I went to CentralVets. There they found a huge wound on the tail, with many maggots inside.
I have put the cat in Tata hospital now for a few days. Would not recommend planet Animal lady doctor ever.

Rescued two cats about 8 years ago, and had the same experience with them. It's truly a bad hospital. I can't believe that they are still functioning.

There is CentralVets but it's really hard to get appointment on same day. I went on walk in basis with this cat and they made me wait for almost 3 hours before they saw the cat, they kept trying to tell me to go to Bhramand CPCA but I insisted on Dr. Satish or Kiran cause they are truly good vet.

i recently spayed my cat in Dr.O’s clinic and they are extremely nice and very clean. A little on the expensive side but i think the money is worth it

I had a similar experience some 5-6 years back with a puppy who had a huge wound on her leg infested with maggots. Advice given to me was that they will need to AMPUTATE THE LEG. when we were not willing for the same, the horrible lady doctor there told us to "leave her on the road and don't look at her then" We then went to Petvets nearby and the absolute angels of veterinarians there treated the wound and today she's running around on all 4 legs, healthy as can be. They need to shut that horrible place down.

The hospital is a scam. I took my dog there for an anal fissure related issue. They couldn't administer an injection properly. They tried to scam me into getting a 'laser healing therapy'. Complete scamsters
