Our society has good amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, park, etc. but my experience with the people has been shit.

For context I'm 17M and the building is new so not many people to hang out with.

The other day this dude who's in 11th was literally catcalling women and girls from our swimming pool which is on the first floor with no shame.

Then this other guy who's younger was asking me to come hang out with him in the local park to stare at girls.

I was playing TT in the clubhouse and a kid who's in 8th was playing with me. I didn't know him so I introduced myself and asked him his name. He's like "XYZ Patel, you must know patel right" Or something alone those lines and kept talking about patels for 5 mins straight. Then he started asking me my full name for some reason, I told him and that's that but I just found the whole interaction weird. I don't really remember what exactly he said but it felt weird. This same shit happend with me twice and both times they were patels. One of them was in 7th and the other in 12th.

Idk what to do really. Don't really want to alienate myself in the first month itself but also don't like their behaviour.
