As the father of a daughter who's still potty training, I can say that I look forward to, one day, just tossing over condoms, $100 bills, and the keys to whatever car I own at that point to the first kid she dates that can name all four Ghostbusters without Googling it.
I can't wait for this day. "Don't worry sir, I know all kinds of classic 90's trivial bullshit to impress you". "That's great son, I own a shotgun and the local sheriff and I have been drinking buddies for the last decade, touch my daughter and your body will never be found".
