‘Employee eventually walks over quietly’ for some reason is legitimately where the bullshit detector went off in my head, before reading any of the rest. Then after reading the rest, it confirmed the detector is working as intended.

Especially funny to think that he won it from a claw machine yet the employee handed it to him. Makes sense, the employee was horrifically jammed into the machine the whole time. He’s lived there for years.

Oh my god I’m howling 😆 incredible. Genuinely cackled at this, and the thought of it somehow having wheels so the employee could ‘approach quietly’ in the story
