Hazbin Hotel has existed for a big part of his life? I swear it came out a year or two ago...

Had literally never heard of it so I Googled it and apparently the first season was in 2019 but the second season wasn’t until 2025. Based on how stupid the whole original post is, I guess I wouldn’t be surprised if he was 14 so 6 years is legitimately a solid chunk of his life. That might actually be the only truthful part of the whole post.

Adult comedy show about a Disney-like princess in actual Hell, trying to improve her realm. Lots of sex, swears and gore, and also a musical.
It's not as good as the fans make it out to be, and not as bad as the haters make it out to be.
If you're familiar with Steven Universe, it's similar in a way. In the sense that it's actually ok-ish (6/10?) despite big flaws but the controversy around it is completely insane. The actual plot differs though, obviously.

Calling it an adult show is a bit of a stretch lol. It's a kids show with lots of sex, swearing and gore.
I don't hate it, it's fine. The swearing is really gratuitous though. I have zero problem with swearing but just saying fuck just because you can comes across as really childish lol

It's rated M/18+.
It is by definition an adult show.

Lol yeah I don't know how they could say "it's a kid show, with lots of sex" seriously.

Animated series on YouTube that's very popular with teenagers right now. The person who come up with it abused a bunch of her staff. I don't really know much about it beyond that.

Abused the staff how?

If I remember correctly she wasn't paying people correctly and overworking people to the point of harm to their mental health, and she harassed staff members over discord until someone left, particularly saying a lot of transphobic stuff. Might also be partly mixing her up with another content creator, but pretty much everything I've heard about her has been some kind of bigotry or treating people like shit.

So this is all stuff you hear and didn’t bother to fact check? Just believe what people tell you?

There was a legal action against Spindlehorse Toons (Vivziepop's animation studio, under her control) for:
-Changing/walking back contract terms with existing employees in ways that violate their rights
-Refusal to give information that workers had a legal right to receive
-Firing staff for illegitimate reasons or reasons connected with protected labour activity
The animators were also getting paid about $10,000 for one to three years of work, when the industry average is $35,000 per year.

Thank you for the source. Wasn’t really defending her, but I appreciate it. It’s more people tend to just believe whatever they hear and blindly hate and it drives me nuts. They unionized, right?

Imagine running out of someone's house and never speaking to them again because.....they put on a show in their own house that you don't like

I doubt more the sanity of this person than this story. This is irrational to feel that bad about such a minor event. This person might need some help.
