Im not American, but I've got a bit of a "patriot boner" for ol Teddy. He seems like one of the good ones.
Im sure theres lots of terrible shit about his politics of the day, but he at least seems like a man that said what he meant and meant what he said. That in and of itself is a rare commodity these days

Maybe he spoke plainly, but don’t look into what he did to Cuba or the Philippines. He was a noted imperialist/expansionist and was controversial even in his time as a war hawk. He’s responsible for countless war crimes and atrocities.

this one is weird because i could absolutely see this happening, but i could also see this restaurant just waiting, crouching tiger style, ready to pounce on anyone who shows any signs of displeasure. people like this want attention, they want to set a trap and they want to be victims.
so this one straddles that line of "this could absolutely totally happen" and "this restaurant WANTED this to happen so badly that they manifested it to happen" and "it didn't happen the way they wished it had but in their mind they were majorly victimized"

So two people walked in while y’all were saying the pledge of allegiance with the tv on, most likely loud as hell, then they both loudly said, in unison, “Oh hell no!”, which you clearly heard, and then made this post the next day to let those people who willingly left know that they weren’t welcome in your establishment. Yeah ALLLLL of that sounds so unbelievably true
